She was just another girl playing hopscotch with the stars. If you asked her, she was nothing special. Everyone in her life was temporary, but the stars and the moon have always been her best companion. They were there for her on her darkest nights and on her brightest days, she knew they'd return so she could fill them in on what she missed. The toughest part about her life is that she relied on people. She needed them, but they never needed her quite as much as she needed them.

She truly was a simple girl, pretty normal actually. She fell in love with sunrises and loved the way sunflowers danced in the wind. But she could never understand why everyone left her. She always questioned why she wasn't enough and why she wasn't worth anyone's time. Why are people so temporary? Why can't everyone that you meet have a permanent spot in your life? Will she ever find someone permanent?

Until then, all she as is the moon, the stars, and herself.

...numb...

I am tired, and it is so awfully difficult to feel sad and tired when all you want is to feel alive. I feel numb. That's it... Just numb....
